If you can believe it, we've reached the end of the PGA Tour regular season, a bittersweet moment for a golf bettor. Sure, football is coming, but you don't get the attractive opportunities in football that we have in golf.
RELATED: Tony Finau Passes Impressive Winning Milestone With Back-to-Back Wins
Luckily, we'll be able to capitalize on those juicy opportunities again this summer. FanShare Sports' Lee Alldrick has already picked two consecutive winners, Tony Finau at the 3M Open and the Rocket Mortgage Classic. This week, he'll be looking for his third straight win with a well-known PGA Tour pro who has already won this season.
As for the rest of us, we're pretty divided on who's going to win the regular season finale, even though two of us have the same winner.

Wyndham Championship 2022 Picks: Our experts' ultimate picks
Anonymous Caddy Picker of the week:Sungjae Im (16-1, Bet365) —Shortly after his second place finish at 3M, he finds himself on his favorite surface (Bermuda) where his elite iron game can thrive. You are ready to rejoin the winners' circle.
Pat Mayo, DraftKings/National Fantasy, May media networkAnalyst:Si Woo Kim (25-1, DraftKings) —Si Woo owns Sedgefield. The site of his first career win, Kim's confidence in the field is real: Four top-five finishes in his last five starts, and form is starting to look a lot better. After missing three straight cuts, he finished in the top 15 in a row...and he's back in his lucky spot.
Brandon Gdula, Editor-in-Chief of FanDuel/numberFire:Shane Lowry (17-1, FanDuel) —Lowry is three-for-four in cuts made at Sedgefield, including a top-10 finish, and is one of the best irons and racquet players on the field. The putter has been a bit cold lately, or so I think it would be a solid favorite on the odds board.
Rick Gehman, data scientist and founder of RickRunGood.com:Corey Conners (25-1, Draft Kings) –We tend to have guys who don't win enough trophies like Xander Schauffele and Tony Finau. That leaves Corey Conners seemingly next in line for a breakthrough. His advanced metrics also point in that direction as he has won 38 of his last 39 games from the tee and is one of the best players on the course with a short iron in hand. This will be crucial at Sedgefield Country Club and your chances are too good to pass up.
Stephen Hennessey, Golf Digest Bureau. editor:Justin Rose (50-1, BetPoints) —I haven't bet money on Justin Rose in half a decade, but I'm willing to do it at Sedgefield, where he finished tenth last year. He ranks 3rd on Birdies or Better and 11th on Par-4s and has rushed for 400-450 yards in the last 36 rounds for Fantasy National. We'll see if the racquet holds up solidly over the weekend; I bet he will be the first lap leader to be sure.
Christopher Powers, Editor-in-Chief of Golf Digest:Will Zalatoris (17-1, FanDuel) —I've played with Si Woo Kim, I've played with Adam Scott but ultimately decided I can't look in the mirror on Sunday night when Willy Z wraps up the regular season and finally gets a voiceover. We've all come too far to miss this coronation. He should come into a 69-65 weekend in Detroit with plenty of momentum and be close to his old home ground, Wake Forest, so SG sentiment should be positive. He is by far the best player in this field and it's time to act like it.
Lee Alldrick,Sport FanShare:Billy Hörschel (20-1, BetMGM) —Horschel comes into this week's event sixth in the field for SG/total for the last two months. It's also only been five events since he tore down the monument. He loves Sedgefield having had four top 11 finishes in his last five events here.
Previous results: Golf Digest's betting board just returned like Tony Finau. FanShare Sports' Lee Alldrick was at both of Finau's victories, the first at the 3M Open where Finau won 14-1 and the second at the Rocket Mortgage Classic where Finau won 13-1. Earlier this summer, Alldrick also selected Rory McIlroy (8-1) to win the RBC Canadian Open, as did Pat Mayo, who also conceded Luke List (70-1) at Torrey Pines in February. Earlier this season, Christopher Powers defeated Scottie Scheffler's Waste Management Phoenix Open 29-1 and then assisted Joaquin Niemann 60-1 to win at the Riviera. Rick Gehman also picked up two wins in the fall by correctly predicting Sam Burns (16-1) to win the Sanderson Farms Championship in the fall and Viktor Hovland (19-1) to win the World Wide Technology Championship in Mayakoba. Brandon Gdula also met Hovland in Mayakoba, and Stephen Hennessey conceded to Hideki Matsuyama (12-1) at the Zozo Championship.
Wyndham Championship 2022 Picks: Sleeper/Dark horses that can win
Caddie: Scott Stallings (60-1, DraftKings) —Scott has three consecutive top 10 finishes, so I'm surprised his absolute odds are so high. Maybe because the sample size isn't great across the season, but he's a multiple tournament winner who could easily threaten another W.
Mayo: Adam Svensson (70-1, DraftKings) —Svensson had positive performances in eight consecutive events prior to Rocket Mortgage. Happens. It gave me a lot more encouragement to see his comeback in attack. The Canadian was fourth in the field on the approach of the week, winning the field with his driver and Sedgefield is certainly a much better layout for his skill set.
Gdula: Keith Mitchell (48-1, FanDuell) —Mitchell's placement is at a long-term high. Sure, his distance will ease off a bit this week, but he's not spraying everything anyway. The hyperrecent form also suits him very well.
Gehman: Vince Whaley (150-1, DraftKings) —Whaley has always been an excellent putter, finishing 28th on the tour this season and ninth on the course for the last 16 rounds according to the RickRunGood.com golf database. While he's struggled in the batting departments for most of the season, he's starting to turn around in that department. He has scored in three of his last five which has helped produce some of his best results this season. After coming off a T-17 at the Rocket Mortgage Classic, he has now prevailed for a fourth consecutive year, specifically a fifth place finish at the Barbasol Championship.
Hennessey, Golf Digest: Adam Svensson (70-1, DraftKings) –This is my ultimate Unit Whale article of the week, borrowing a favorite line from this week's podcast guest, Brian Kirschner. Svensson is second at birdies or best won and par 4, has 400-450 yards in the last 36 rounds (from Fantasy National) and is first at around 125-150 yards and 11th at 150-175 yards, giving him plenty of opportunities will convert.
Poderes, Golf Digest: Harris English (130-1, DraftKings) —After almost five full months of being on hold, English is taking a while to get used to. But that just means we're buying it at a discount, so we might as well try to capitalize on it. There were a lot of bad things on his return (he missed three cuts out of six) but also some good things (Top 20, Travelers). He's an excellent Bermuda putter and didn't go as far as missing the number cut at Rocket Mortgage last week. As a four-tournament winner who takes a monster week to sneak into the FedEx Cup playoffs, this field is certainly worth a toss.
Alldrick, FanShare Sports: Christiaan Bezuidenhout (50-1, BetMGM) –Bezhuidenhout is a fantastic putter on Bermuda greens and has ranked sixth in the field for SG/Putting on Bermuda greens for the last two years. So it's no surprise that he's ranked fifth in the FanShareSports Course Fitness rankings this week. The South African comes into this event with four top-20 finishes in his last seven events, including a second-place finish at the John Deere Classic, just three events behind.

Wyndham Championship 2022 Picks: Players We're Missing
Caddie: Shane Lowry (12-1, DraftKings) —His racquet betrayed him recently, so it doesn't seem very likely that he'll win a birdie fest. Even a Bermuda mountain course in midsummer can't go well with the surprise favorite of the tournament. I'll pass.
Mayo: Will Zalatoris (12-1, DraftKings) —Eventually it will burn me out because he will win very soon but I don't see that in a counting competition. In fact, he has a better chance of getting that win next week on a tougher course against one of the best courses of the year.
Player: Si Woo Kim (22-1, FanDuel) —Despite being a past winner here, Kim's game doesn't build on what truly defines golfers at Sedgefield. Your ability to win putts on the green doesn't usually put you at the top of this ranking. It's overrated for the history of the course.
Gehman: Webb Simpson (20-1, DraftKings) —It's going to take some guts to ban Simpson, but I definitely think it's worth a conversation. He has dominated Sedgefield Country Club, earning five consecutive top 7 finishes and 10 top 11 finishes in his last 12 trips. However, this could be a different version of Simpson, who has now missed shots on approach for three consecutive launches. He's currently in the midst of his worst season since 2010, his worst season on the green since 2009, and his worst season since 2016. Looking at that stat profile while paying the inflated price isn't something he wants to give up. up to do
Hennessey, Golf Digest: Will Zlatoris (12-1, DraftKings) –I don't think chasing Zatoris' win here is wise. He's T-115 in fairways. Won in the last 36 rounds of Fantasy National, and a birdie fest probably won't be his first Tour title.
Poderes, Golf Digest: Webb Simpson (20-1, DraftKings) –I've been with Webb a lot since his unsuccessful recovery from injury. Of course, this will probably be the time I fight, but I won't be in it.
Alldrick, FanShare Sports: Will Zatoris (12-1, DraftKings) –Zlatoris is not good enough for this course to justify such a low price. Its pedestrian-friendly location on the Bermuda Green helps it rank 40th in this week's FanShareSports course suitability rankings. His previous two visits here have only yielded 29th place and an unsuccessful cut.

Wyndham Championship 2022 Picks: Matchups
Caddie: J.T. Poston (-130) sobre Davis Riley (DraftKings) —Take the former champion here who is in great shape. Riley's strengths are similar to Zatoris's: length off the tee and long to mid irons. It's not the course for that. Also, Riley's recent form is strong compared to Poston's.
Mayo: Adam Long (-110) sobre Mark Hubbard (DraftKings) —Hubbard should be recovering after last week, but Long has been fractured from head to toe for the past six weeks, so I'm going back into the pot. Four consecutive top 25 finishes is great for his promising competition and he is now riding a course that emphasizes precision over distance. This is Long's wheelhouse.
Gdula: Tyrrell Hatton (-116) von Kevin Kisner (FanDuel)"I know this is a good setup for Kisner, but it's also a good one for Hatton and the long-term gap between these two guys is a lot bigger than the odds seem for this fight.
Gehman: Sungjae Im (-110) sobre Will Zalatoris (DraftKings) —My escape could not have come at a better time. He hit 10.65 in both shot categories (from the tee plus approach) and finished second at the 3M Open. This is his third top 15 finish in the last six races and he is now heading to Sedgefield Country Club where he is enjoying great success. In his three starts at this event he has finished T-6, T-9 and T-24.
Hennessey, Golf Digest: Adam Svensson (+126) on Harold Varner III (FanDuel) —It's hard to fade my HV3 boy in his home state, but Svensson is faring much better. The HV3 lacks many fairways, which can be historically expensive at Sedgefield.
Poderes, Golf Digest: Chris Gotterup (+100) via Cameron Champ (DraftKings) —As a Cameron Champ player, I know how unpredictable he can be. Meanwhile, Gotterup was a consistent slicer early in his PGA Tour career and should have another big week.
Alldrick, FanShare Sports: Sungjae Im (-110) on Will Zatoris (DraftKings) –As you can see above, I'm not a fan of Zatoris this week. Im, on the other hand, has had two top 10 finishes here in the last three years and is eighth on FanShareSports CSR this week. He also comes to this appointment after finishing second last time.
Rocket Mortgage Classic Showdown-Ergebnisse:Caddy: 1 to 1 (Simpson (+100) over Hubbard); Mayo: 1 to 1 (Smalley (-110) over Pan); Gland: 1 to 1 (Woodland (-102) over McNealy); Hennessey: 1 to 1 (Davis (+108) via Homa); Walker: 0 for 1; powers 0 times 1; Alldrick: 0 for 1
Results of this season's games (win-loss pushes):May: 7/27/4 (up 18.52 units); Powers: 21-15-4 (up to 5.73 units); Caddy: 22-15-3 (up 5.65 units); Alldrick: 21-17-2 (1.35 units higher); gland: 19-19-1 (minus 1.39 units); Gehman: 16-18-5 (down 3.11 points); Hennessey: 19-20-1 (5.46 points down)

Wyndham Championship Escuela 2022: Top 10
Caddie:Stephan Jaeger (+1100, Bet365) —If the taco gets hot, watch out. It can go very low, as was the case last week in the rocket mortgage dispute.
Mayonnaise:Russell Henley (+230, Draft Kings) —Henley won last week in Detroit en route to a T-10 in every metric from tee to green, and now he's back on his preferred putting surface (he earns .33 strokes per putt per round in Bermuda). Sedgefield is a design that might get you away with its shortcomings.
Spielen:Russell Henley (+280, FanDuel) —Henley is an elite iron player on this course and he hits a lot of fairways. The main problem is always the putter. However, Henley is Bermuda's best player on the greens, and all of his three Tour wins have come from that surface.
walker:JT Poston (+400, DraftKings) —Poston is now rolling and has had a win, a T-2 and a T-11 over the course of his last four starts. Only five players on this court have won more strokes than Poston in the last 24 rounds and he is the only one in this group to have a win in that time. He needs to be able to keep the ball in play off the tee and hit enough shots to play the game plan he executed when he won this event in 2019.
Hennessey, Golf Digest:JT Poston (+400, DraftKings) —This is one of the most predictive courses in terms of course history and we also got the actual form from Poston. A great combo to discount this top 10.
Poderes, Golf Digest: Keith Mitchell(+350, DraftKings) —Mitchell has three top 20 hits in his last five starts and is an excellent putter for Bermuda. I recently made the trip across the pond and just started cooking.
Alldrick, FanShare deported:Denny McCarthy (+400, BetRivers) —McCarthy is ranked 12th in this week's FanShare Sports Fitness Rankings, so it's not surprising to see that he's finished in the top 22 on his last three visits here. One of the main reasons for this is the excellent location in green Bermuda. His inbounds form is also good and has been fourth in the field for SG/Total for the past two months.
Rocket Mortgage Classic Top 10 results:Caddy: 1 for 1 (Cameron Young +250); Gehman: 1 to 1 (Scott Stallings +500); All others: 0 to 1
The 10 best results of this season:Alldrick: 13 for 40 (up 36.5 points); Potencies: 12 times 40 (up to 28.55 units); Hennessey: 10 for 40 (up to 9.95 units); Gehman: 9 for 40 (up 4.7 units); May: 7 for 40 (down 2.4 units); Caddy: 11 for 40 (up to 0.5 units); Gland: 5 to 39 (minus 14 units)
Tips for the 2022 Wyndham Championship: One and Go
Gehman: Si Woo Kim —Given the volatile options at this point in the season, I'm very happy to have Kim available for a number of reasons. He offers plenty of influence with three top 15 finishes in his last six starts and also has an excellent record at Sedgefield Country Club. In six trips to Greensboro this year, he had one win (2016) and three straight top-five finishes. It's the best option you can hope for at the end of the season.
